Brian Cooper
“Anyone who talks about work after 7 p.m. has to buy the next round of drinks.”

The Cooper Rule

We’re told that this original “Cooper Rule” – born of Brian’s spirit of balance between hard work and hard rest – still lives in GE Finance circles. Subsequent Cooper Rules have become more fitness oriented!

A previous Ironman Triathlete and State Champion Swimmer, Brian took his first (unknowing!) steps into the fitness business when he offered to be the biking leg for Wendy’s GE Plastics Fitness Center Josh Billings Triathlon team.

A financial-mind by trade, Brian’s interest and experience with the “bigger picture” of business make him a uniquely talented business manager for ProMotion, and the #1 Best Daddy for Jessica Ann.
Wendy Chamberlain-Cooper, M.S.
Wendy’s 18-year career in the Health/Fitness/Wellness industry has unfolded around what one of her early co-workers at GE Plastics called the “Master of the Round Up.” Consistently high participation rates in programs have since been the hallmark of Cooper’s career.

From undergraduate premedical studies and ensuing Master’s in Cardiac Rehabilitation, Cooper discovered her path: Helping people NOT get sick! Wellness. Beyond Wellness to Amplifying life. Having energy to be alive in each moment.

Drawn to the corporate fitness arena for it’s innate opportunity to be extremely effective, Wendy’s career blossomed. From group exercise into exercise testing, personal training and then full programming and business development, Cooper’s approach to “The Round-Up” remains a personal one.

"No machine or fancy cyberspace platform can replace the power of human interaction."

As a business owner and mom, family and fitness merge for Cooper in an active family life with husband Brian and daughter Jessica; riding bicycles, hiking, swimming and all forms of enjoyment of the great outdoors.
